Professional Experience
Co-Promoted Rex Polyextrusion Pvt. Ltd, to spearhead the entire marketing and administration for last more than 25 years. With top line from meagre INR 2 million in 1990 to INR 2.5 billion in 2018.
The number of employees were just 5 in the beginning went up to 200 in 2018. Introduced and launched many new products in Corrugated Piping System with accessories and injection moulded products in India and Abroad.
The new products are used in area of Agricultural, Sub Soil Farm and Non-Farm Drainage, Telecommunication and Power Cable Management System Buried Underground, Sewer Drainage Piping System, Products in Bridges and Metro Rail Infrastructure and Railway Signalling and Communication System.
Introduced in India the Installation of Sub Soil Drainage System in Farm and Sports Field / Landscaping Field.
Overall monitoring of plastic raw materials and additives marketing division of the company having Del Credre Agent for Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL).
Responsible for introduction of innovative “Spirally Wound Large Dia Profiled Pipe in PE and PP” in Irrigation Distribution Network of India.
In year 2018, Mr. Dandekar sold the Rex Polyextrusion Pvt. Ltd. to Astral Poly Technik Ltd. and remain at helm of the affairs till 31st March 2020 as per agreed terms. In June / July founded a private equity firm Dandekar Brothers LLP with sole intention to invest in innovative technology companies.
Achievements
Successfully completed the training on ‘Land Drainage for Reclamation of Waterlogged Saline Soils’ organized by Central Soil Salinity Research Institute (CSSRI), Karnal, Haryana.
Participated and offered technical presentation in Indian Concrete Institute on Innovative Drainage System for Highways and Roads.
Participated in FIB Congress in Prague, Washington DC and Mumbai
Participated in many Bridge, Signal Telecom events, seminars organized by ‘INDIAN- RAILWAYS’.

Jitendra is a Commerce Post Graduate and CA, With over 23 years of Industrial work experience, Jitendra brings with him rich and varied exposure to all facets of corporate strategy, digital business strategy, business expansion including diversification, mergers, acquisitions, growing and managing multiple verticals, capability building, people management, PL & BS management, Culture and Change Management, Ind AS/IFRs, Budgeting, Costing, Accounting, Leadership, Internal Controls, Risk Management, fund raising, Capital Allocation. Jitendra’s latest stint was with The Motwane Manufacturing Co. Pvt. Ltd., Nashik as Managing Director. He has also worked with Mahyco Grow, Krishidhan, Mahindra CIE amongst others .
Vast Experience in Finance Formulating and Strategy, Accounting and Financial reporting, Treasury and Forex Management, Commercial Finance, Tax Management, and Enterprise Risk Management. Vast knowledge of manufacturing industry. Former C.F.O with Subsidiary company of Thermax Limited. Dinesh is CA with 25 + years industrial experience.
Seasoned HR Professional with proven track record in demonstrating implementation of best HR practices. Rahul brings with him rich and varied exposure to all facets of HR, IT & admin. Set up HR function under his leadership role for 2 companies. Rahul is MBA in HR with 17+ years experience in manufacturing, Telecom & Projects industry.
Authority in corrugated pipes and polymers. Pioneered many new products and applications in India and Abroad. Spearheaded Rex Polyextrusion singlehandedly from 20 Lakhs in 1990 to 250 Crores in 2018. Presented technical papers in Europe and North america on sub surface drainage system. Vast Experience in PlasticRaw Materials and additives. Mentor to Many Startups.
Designed and Supervised over 100 consultancy project and civil and Infra sector. Active involvement in Water Hammer/Transient Analysis & Design of MS pipelines.
