Professional Experience

Co-Promoted Rex Polyextrusion Pvt. Ltd, to spearhead the entire marketing and administration for last more than 25 years. With top line from meagre INR 2 million in 1990 to INR 2.5 billion in 2018.

The number of employees were just 5 in the beginning went up to 200 in 2018. Introduced and launched many new products in Corrugated Piping System with accessories and injection moulded products in India and Abroad.

The new products are used in area of Agricultural, Sub Soil Farm and Non-Farm Drainage, Telecommunication and Power Cable Management System Buried Underground, Sewer Drainage Piping System, Products in Bridges and Metro Rail Infrastructure and Railway Signalling and Communication System.

Introduced in India the Installation of Sub Soil Drainage System in Farm and Sports Field / Landscaping Field.

Overall monitoring of plastic raw materials and additives marketing division of the company having Del Credre Agent for Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOCL). Responsible for introduction of innovative “Spirally Wound Large Dia Profiled Pipe in PE and PP” in Irrigation Distribution Network of India.

In year 2018, Mr. Dandekar sold the Rex Polyextrusion Pvt. Ltd. to Astral Poly Technik Ltd. and remain at helm of the affairs till 31st March 2020 as per agreed terms. In June / July founded a private equity firm Dandekar Brothers LLP with sole intention to invest in innovative technology companies.

Achievements

Successfully completed the training on ‘Land Drainage for Reclamation of Waterlogged Saline Soils’ organized by Central Soil Salinity Research Institute (CSSRI), Karnal, Haryana.

Participated and offered technical presentation in Indian Concrete Institute on Innovative Drainage System for Highways and Roads.

Participated in FIB Congress in Prague, Washington DC and Mumbai

Participated in many Bridge, Signal Telecom events, seminars organized by ‘INDIAN- RAILWAYS’.
